Waste Management-Liquid Wastes
Closed system cooling water is used for cooling in our production processes and there is no industrial waste water generation. In daily usage water consumption, domestic water from sinks, toilets and similar sources is formed in our facility. These waste waters are given to the Dilovası OSB (Industrial Zone) waste water channel to treat the waste water. At the same time, we use photocell faucets in all our faucets, taking care to consume the water to a minimum when using domestic water.
Waste Management – Solid Waste
We separate all of the wastes originating from our production process or released in our offices and include them in the recycling process at a rate of 70%. We turn approximately 415,000,000 (million) water bottles released into nature every year into plastic straps. Within the framework of our production approach that contributes to sustainability, the amount of recycled raw materials we reach in the plastic strapping production processes is 55%.
Waste Management – Gas Wastes
Emissions are constantly monitored at our facility and studies are carried out to reduce emissions. Emission sources in our production facility are filtered and periodically cleaned & maintained. In addition, within the scope of the Regulation on the Control of Industrial Air Pollution, reconnaissance and emission confirmation measurements are made at regular intervals every year.
