M400/410 Strapping Machines

At the heart of Signode automatic circling machines powered by 32mm steel straps is the proven M410 strapping head or the revolutionary new M24/7 modular strapping head.The sealed, clamped and welded types ensure that the M410 strapping head fulfills expectations in a wide range of application areas.

Signode CH series automatic strapping machines are designed for strapping high diameter flat-rolled coils. There are different variations for production lines perpendicular to the coil axis line direction or line direction; besides all these advantages, more than one strapping head can be placed in the same strapping machine and as a result, the total strapping time is minimized by throwing more than one strap in a single strapping cycle.

Automatic coil labeling, angle feeding, seal pad feeding, surface protection film feeding or coil wrapping stations can be offered to work in combination with Signode M410-CH series machines.

We manufacture BRP series automatic machines for pipe and bar packaging. These machines are produced as fixed or movable in line with the need.

Signode EH series automatic strapping machines are produced for “overview” radial strapping of flat-rolled product coils or long product coils. It offers the most suitable rounding solution in the movable rounding head and chassis and bayonet production line used in this type of machine.
