KLS Strapping Machines

The KLS sealless steel strapping head is designed for 1/2", 5/8" and 3/4" (12.7mm, 15.9mm and 19.0mm).

Apex and Magnus steel straps up to 0.79 mm thick are used in the machine. Three versions of the sealing mechanism are available to form a 2-punch key joint, 3-punch key joint or a 4-punch key joint, with one reverse locking key.
