Training at MPS begins with orientation training following the recruitment process. The recruitment process is completed and the employees who join the MPS family complete their occupational health and safety training, which must be received first as part of the orientation process, and their department-based orientation. With these training courses, employees complete the adaptation process more efficiently and effectively.

The aim of training and development at MPS is to ensure the individual and organizational development of our employees. Employee development plans created in the light of the annual training needs and performance evaluation process results constitute our training program.
